## Jack O’Loughlin, CFA

Business owners need complete and objective information to make fully informed decisions about succession planning and ownership transition.

With four decades of banking, corporate finance and advisory experience and deep knowledge of the ESOP ecosystem, Jack has built Old Harbor Advisors around three core principles: **confidentiality, education, and transparency.**
